Next day dispatching once the order is placed. The time frame of the delivery could be 2 to 10 days depending on the location.

Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with the purchased goods for any reason, we will give you a refund including shipping costs. Please email us to info@glowart.com.au so that we can resolve it for you. This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been used, worn or damaged after being delivered, or any attempt has been made to modify the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All postage and insurance cost are to be paid by the buyer while returning. Glowart Pty will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit while you return it to us.
